**SVARBU – šis pranešimas yra FTS pranešimo 2022/S 000-003034 dublikatas, kuris iš pradžių buvo paskelbtas YORtender. Šis pranešimas skirtas leisti laimėti tolesnius konkursus iš EMP per FTS sistemą. Atkreipkite dėmesį, kad tai nėra naujas pranešimas** Kirklees rajono taryba („Taryba“) vykdo šį viešojo pirkimo procesą, vadovaudamasi 2015 m. Viešųjų pirkimų taisyklių (SI 2015/102) lengvojo režimo nuostatomis, ir ketina sukurti elektroninę prekyvietę („EMP“) su paslaugų teikėjais, turinčiais atitinkamą patirtį ir gebėjimą teikti palaikomojo gyvenimo paslaugas ne išimtinai suaugusiems, turintiems teisę į socialinės globos poreikius, Tarybai. EMP gali naudoti Taryba ir NHS Kirklees Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) (atsižvelgiant į CCG valdysenos patvirtinimą). Taryba nori sukurti palaikomojo gyvenimo paslaugų (SLS) EMP, kad pakeistų dabartinę pagrindinę sutartį. Kadangi dabartinė pagrindinė sutartis neleidžia prisijungti naujiems paslaugų teikėjams, naujoji SLS EMP leis prisijungti naujiems paslaugų teikėjams.
