Originalus konkurso aprašymas

Hampšyro grafystės taryba perka Atvirą sistemą pagal lengvojo prisilietimo režimą, kad įtrauktų mokymo paslaugų teikimo partnerius visuose sektoriuose, įskaitant viešąsias, privačias, savanoriškas/bendruomenines organizacijas ir darbdavių atstovų grupes. Ši sistema, po jos paskelbimo, lieka atvira naujiems prašymams nuo paskelbimo datos visą sistemos galiojimo laikotarpį ir yra suskirstyta pagal organizacijos tipą. Sistemos tikslas – padėti Tarybai greitai reaguoti į dotacijų ir kitas finansavimo galimybes, kad būtų galima teikti mokymus visuomenei ir įmonių darbuotojams visoje Hampšyro grafystėje, įskaitant Portsmouthą, Sautamptoną ir Vaito salą. Mokymai taip pat gali būti reikalingi gretimose Hampšyro grafystėse, įskaitant Viltšyrą, Berkšyrą, Dorseto, Surėjaus ir Vakarų Saseksą. Sistema galios 10 metų ir jai bus taikomos įvairios suteikimo procedūros, tokios kaip mini-konkursai, elektroniniai aukcionai (tik kainos suteikimui) ir tam tikrais atvejais, kai gali prireikti tiesioginių suteikimų. Mes ieškome bendradarbiavimo su visų tipų mokymo organizacijomis, įskaitant tęstinio mokymo koledžus, universitetus ir kitas švietimo įstaigas, taip pat su privačiojo sektoriaus ir savanoriškojo/bendruomeninio sektoriaus mokymo partneriais. Taip pat ieškome bendradarbiavimo su darbdavių atstovų grupėmis. Visi per sistemą suteikiami apdovanojimai skirsis priklausomai nuo finansavimo šaltinio ir dotacijos sąlygų, o kai kurie apdovanojimai gali prireikti labai greitai suteikti ir įgyvendinti dėl dotacijų finansavimo Tarybai nustatytų laiko apribojimų.
