Delivery of a Development Partner for the Redevelopment of Stretford Mall

In summary, the project comprises the phased re-development of existing retail accommodation in order to revitalise the existing Stretford Mall, including the formation of the new King Street and Little King Street and refurbishment and adaptation of the existing Multi Storey Car Park. The works form part of a wider redevelopment of the town centre, and provide an expanded and improved “High Street” environment, with improved public realm and transport linkage, together with exciting alternative use opportunities
