Originalus konkurso aprašymas

Derio miesto ir Strabano rajono taryba (DCSDC) kviečia tinkamai patyrusias ir kompetentingas organizacijas teikti rašytinius pasiūlymus dėl Tarybai priklausančių laikinojo demontuojamo turto (prekybos kioskai „pop-up“) valdymo, įrengimo, eksploatavimo ir išmontavimo Tarybos renginiuose. DCSDC kasmet organizuoja viešus lauko renginius visoje tarybos teritorijoje. Sėkmingas rangovas bus atsakingas už saugų Tarybai priklausančių prekybos kiosko „pop-up“ ir susijusios įrangos (sienų, latakų, kojų spaustuvų ir svorių/balastų) transportavimą, valdymą, statybą, išmontavimą ir valymą. Ši sutartis apims Tarybos renginius, vykstančius nuo 2026 m. kovo iki 2027 m. kovo, su galimybe pratęsti, kaip nurodyta pasiūlymo dokumentuose. Suplanuota Tarybos renginių programa Renginių programa gali apimti, bet neapsiribojant: Šv. Patriko dienos festivalį, Šiaurės Vakarų žvejybos mugę, Derio miesto džiazo festivalį, Strabano/Liffordo pusmaratonį, „Summer Jamm“ festivalį, „Waterside“ pusmaratonį, Helovino karnavalo šventes, Kalėdų eglutės įžiebimo šventę, Foyle jūrų festivalį (kas dvejus metus).
