Sutartis su rangovu, kad jis atliktų šildymo sistemos modernizavimo darbus Rowley Way Estate. Projektas apima visos pastatų grupės šildymo sistemos pakeitimą ir atnaujinimą, įskaitant: o Naujus išorinius pagrindinius skirstymo vamzdynus o Stovų instaliavimą ir atnaujinimą pastatuose o Naujas vidines šildymo sistemas (radiatorius ir vamzdynus) tiek „Geresnių namų“, tiek ne „Geresnių namų“ būstuose o Priešgaisrines ir atskyrimo priemones (pagal poreikį pritaikyti sprendimai) o Atitinkančios mechaninės ventiliacijos (Statybos taisyklių F dalis) validavimą ir tiekimą 2–10 puslapiai o Senų sistemų pašalinimą ir eksploatacijos nutraukimą o Asbesto tyrimus ir saugaus asbesto šalinimo darbus, susijusius su šildymo ir stovų instaliavimu, jei reikia.
