Enhance Supported Living Accomodation (for people with secondary mental health diagnoses or dual diagnoses of substance misuse)

The contract is for a specialist Mental Health provider to provide care and support to service users that have stepped down from a specialist hospital placement. The intention of this tender is to appoint a provider who will be able to undertake the Services of the initial scheme, and should further schemes be made available throughout the contract duration, the Council may negotiate with the Provider to undertake the additional Services without re-opening competition.
