Facility to Receive and Recycle Gully Cleansing Material Services

The provision of a permitted facility, to receive, and process for Re-use/Recycling/Recover quantities of materials gained from Cyngor Gwynedd Gully Cleansings Activities. Cyngor Gwynedd is looking to procure a Service Providers who has the facilities to receive and reuse/recycle/recover materials collected from Cyngor Gwynedd Highways and Municipal department and their clients waste materials from their Gully Cleansings operations, with the following waste code 20-03-03. This is a waste code for non-hazardous waste. It is the intention of Cyngor Gwynedd that this shall be a framework agreement. The Service Provider (Tenderer) shall provide adequate facilities to receive and reuse/recycle/recover Gully Cleansings materials for a projected tonnage of 500. In practice, the quantity of waste to be processed may vary and therefore increase or decrease from such quantities over the Contract Period and the location of Cyngor Gwynedd’s Gully cleansings, in accordance with the National Indicator WMT009b
