Originalus konkurso aprašymas

Oksfordšyro grafystės taryba ieško pasiūlymų iš tinkamai kvalifikuotų paslaugų teikėjų, turinčių patvirtintą patirtį teikiant kokybišką apgyvendinimą ir paramą pažeidžiamiems jaunuoliams nuo 16 iki 25 metų amžiaus, įskaitant Tarybos globojamus jaunuolius. Paslaugų teikėjai turi atitikti kriterijus, kad galėtų gauti padidintą būsto išmoką, o tie, kurie gali teikti paramą 16–18 metų jaunuoliams, turi būti tinkamai įregistruoti. Paslaugos suskirstytos į tris dalis: 1. Bendras apgyvendinimas su parama 2. Atskiras apgyvendinimas su parama 3. Apgyvendinimas su parama Pagrindinė sutartis pirmiausia skirta pajėgumų plėtrai Oksfordšyre. Be to, pasiūlymai bus priimami šiose vietovėse: Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Londonas, Bedfordshire ir Hertfordshire. Tai bus atvira pagrindinė sutartis su nuolatiniais paraiškų teikimo langais per visą sutarties galiojimo laikotarpį. Gavę patvirtinimą dėl pagrindinės sutarties, paslaugų teikėjai turės galimybę teikti pasiūlymus dėl individualių apgyvendinimo vietų ir (arba) blokų per mini konkursus. Pagrindinė sutartis iš pradžių papildys esamus jaunimo apgyvendinimo su parama sutarčių paketus ir numatoma, kad ji taps priemone šioms sutartims pakeisti, kai jos bus ateityje pakartotinai užsakomos. Pagrindinė sutartis prasidės 2023 m. lapkričio mėn. ir tęsis iki 2032 m. Taryba negarantuoja išlaidų apimties, kuri bus skirta pagal šią pagrindinę sutartį, tačiau remiantis prognozėmis, tikimės, kad per visą pagrindinės sutarties galiojimo laikotarpį bus išleista apie 70 milijonų svarų sterlingų.
