Po sutarties sudarymo teikiamos daugiadalykių konsultantų paslaugos, skirtos paremti „Golden Lane Estate“ didžiųjų darbų atnaujinimo programą. Paslaugos apima sutarties administravimą, darbdavio atstovavimą, kiekių apskaitą ir darbų priežiūrą pagal RIBA 4B–7 etapus, remiant devynių saugomų gyvenamųjų pastatų didelius renovacijos darbus.
