Originalus konkurso aprašymas

Karališkasis Grinvičo rajonas (Royal Borough of Greenwich) nori įsigyti du paslaugų teikėjus, kurie atliktų elektros bandymus ir susijusius darbus savivaldybės gyvenamuosiuose būstuose visame rajone. Sutartys bus sudarytos geografiniais „lotais“ dviem paslaugų teikėjams, tačiau Taryba pasilieka teisę pavesti darbus bet kuriam tiekėjui bet kurioje teritorijoje. Vienas dalyvis gali laimėti tik vieną lotą. Procesas bus lanksti konkurencinė procedūra (2 etapai), įskaitant dalyvavimo prašymo etapą (1 etapas) trumpajam sąrašui sudaryti pagal PSQ klausimus (tik išlaikė/neišlaikė) ir galutinio pasiūlymo pateikimo kvietimo etapą (2 etapas), kur bus vertinamas ir skiriamas ekonomiškai naudingiausias pasiūlymas kiekvienam lotui. Reikalavimų sąrašas yra informacinis ir gali apimti susijusių ar pagalbinių paslaugų plėtimą. Apskaičiuota vertė yra tik įvertinimas ir negarantuojama.
