Les services d'ambulance de Tallinn (ci-après dénommés l'autorité contractante) vous invitent (ci-après dénommé l'appelant d'offres) à soumettre une offre dans le cadre d'une procédure de concession, visant à conclure un accord de concession (ci-après dénommé l'accord) pour la fourniture de services de restauration au personnel des services d'ambulance de Tallinn. La soumission d'une offre est conditionnée à la prise de connaissance du lieu d'exécution de l'accord. Le lieu d'exécution de l'accord peut être visité pendant les périodes suivantes : du 16.02 au 13.03.2026. L'heure exacte doit être convenue avec le responsable administratif Andi Annijaan au numéro de téléphone portable 5621 2022 ou par e-mail à l'adresse Andi.Annijaani@tems.ee.
