Elektrivõrgu tööde teostamine Hiiumaal

Elektrilevi OÜ’s €1.7 M open-procurement for Hiiumaa power-grid works is open only to firms that can immediately field at least 2 A-certificate electrical engineers, the minimum crew & machinery listed in Annex 1 (mandatory), and workers holding valid low-voltage live-line licences; failure to submit the exact, unaltered Form 1 price table, Form 5 staff list and proof of qualifications will render the bid non-compliant.

This €1.7 M open-bid framework for Hiiumaa power-grid works (design, maintenance, construction up to €25 k/order, fault repair) is awarded 100 % on lowest-price—no special qualifications listed—so any Estonian electrical contractor able to work on the island and beat competitors’ rates should bid.

This mandatory-procurement document sets out the compulsory exclusion grounds (criminal convictions, tax/sanction debts, illegal employment) and optional grounds (prior serious contract breaches, false data) that Elektrilevi OÜ will use to vet bidders for the €1.7 M Hiiumaa electricity-network works, so any company that cannot truthfully declare it meets all of these integrity conditions should not bid.

Elektrilevi OÜ otsib Hiiumaa elektrivõrgu töid (projektid, remont, ehitus kuni 25 000 €/tellimus, korrashoid, rikkekõrvaldus) 2026-2027 teostajat lihthankes; pakkumus peab olema eesti keeles, sisaldab miinimumnõuded töötajatele ja tehnikale (Lisa 1), varasemate elektriehitus- ja projektilepingute info (Vorm 3 & 4), ning lepingu saab madalaima hinna pakkuv kvalifitseeritud pakkuja.
