Internal Audit Services for BAH Group ( BAH Ltd & Arcon Housing Association Ltd )

Bolton at Home wishes to appoint a service provider for Internal Audit Services to Bolton at Home Group (Bolton at Home Ltd and Arcon Housing Association Ltd.) The contract will provide for the provision of internal audit services to Bolton at Home Group, covering all its areas of operation and providing assurance to the proposed group board and group audit committee. The internal auditor will independently examine, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of the internal controls – financial, operational, compliance and risk management – to ensure that they are both efficient and effective, and that they remain so in the light of changing circumstances. This can effectively be split into 3 areas; audit, assurance & advisory. Social Value contributions apply to this tender, as set out in the Contracting Principles and “Appendix 5” Social Value. A supplier questionnaire must be submitted and will be evaluated on a PASS/ FAIL basis. The tender will be evaluated using 70 % Quality and 30 % Price. The tenderer should submit their terms and conditions in line with the Contracting Principles provided. Initial contract term is 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 x 1 year periods (Total contract term – 5 years).
