DE 2969614 Appointment of an IST for Rowandale Integrated Primary School, Moira

The design, supply, delivery, receiving, off-loading, setting into position, fixing, erection, building testing, commissioning and finishing in every respect of the new Rowandale Integrated Primary School, Moria. The new school buildings and associated external and site works are to be completed in a phased approach. It is anticipated that the construction of the new classrooms, staff accommodation and associated welfare facilities will occur in phase 1. In phase 2 it is anticipated that the construction of administration, multi - purpose hall, school meals accommodation and associated siteworks will occur. It is anticipated that phases 3 and 4 will complete the site works. The existing school accommodation is required to operate during the phases of the work. Controlled removal of selected existing accommodation will also occur during phases of the works.
