Housing Energy Projects Delivery Partner

The Housing Development team required a single supplier to act as a delivery partner for a range of energy efficiency retrofit and low carbon technology projects across both City of Edinburgh Council and private homes throughout Edinburgh. These projects will help improve the energy efficiency of Edinburgh’s housing stock, reduce carbon emissions and contribute to the improvement in the quality of the housing stock. The successful supplier will work in partnership with the Council to identify opportunities for Grant funding from the Scottish Government and other agencies. The supplier will also lead the project delivery and management of successfully grant funded schemes. This includes full managing agent and programme management services.
