Provision of a Specialist Engineering and General Maintenance Service of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Associated Equipment Across the Merseytravel Estate

Merseytravel have numerous sites across the Merseyside area. These sites are diverse and include bus stations, ferry terminals, offices and work units. Efficient operation of heating and ventilation equipment is essential for the wellbeing of public and staff using and working within these areas. The Contract is for the provision of a Specialist Engineering and General Maintenance Service. The Contract is to allow for the Servicing and Inspection of:- • Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Associated Equipment including Pressurisation Units and Vessels across the Merseytravel Estate • Building Management Systems including TREND 963.
