Supply of Food and Drinks Across Parks Grounds Sandwell Valley and Events

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council invited tender submissions from suitable suppliers for the supply and delivery of food and drink to the Council, for parks, grounds, Sandwell Valley and events. The contract will provide food and drink requirements for leisure, retail and hospitality functions. Lots: This contract is divided into categories of products (product lots) and suppliers were invited to bid on one or multiple lots where they are able to and are interested in providing the products required. We appointed one supplier for each lot, suppliers were to supply ALL of the line items identified within that lot (see pricing documents). Designated Lots are listed in the specification. The Council proposes to enter into a Contract for an initial term of Two (2) years with a possible extension of a further two years, subject to satisfactory performance. The anticipated commencement date is 01 August 2023 to 31 July 2025.
