Description originale de l'appel d'offres

Le Centre National Britannique de Calcul Quantique (NQCC) prévoit de construire et de faire évoluer des ordinateurs quantiques basés sur des qubits à circuits supraconducteurs pour ses activités de recherche. Cet appel d'offres concerne l'achat d'un (1) système de contrôle de qubits supraconducteurs dans un premier temps, avec la possibilité d'acquérir des systèmes compatibles supplémentaires et des mises à niveau associées pendant la durée du contrat (jusqu'à cinq ans) afin de soutenir la mise à l'échelle continue des plateformes de calcul quantique du NQCC et les activités de recherche et développement connexes. Le système de contrôle doit permettre aux chercheurs du NQCC de mesurer et de contrôler des systèmes supraconducteurs à plusieurs qubits pour la recherche expérimentale sur la correction d'erreurs quantiques pour le calcul quantique supraconducteur. Une solution de système de contrôle appropriée, évolutive et pouvant être mise à niveau pendant la durée du contrat tout en maintenant la compatibilité technique, accélérera le programme de recherche du NQCC sur le calcul quantique supraconducteur.
