Le Conseil de Falkirk invite les opérateurs de véhicules de passagers à participer à un Système d'Achat Dynamique (DPS) qui sera utilisé pour acquérir des « contrats de service » liés au transport exploités par des Véhicules de Service Public (PSV), y compris les services de bus locaux subventionnés, le transport de la maison à l'école et d'autres transports éducatifs. Il est prévu que le DPS fonctionnera pendant 10 ans et que des mini-concours seront organisés dans le cadre de celui-ci.
