--Appoint at least one Level-7 certified supervising engineer with ≥5 years’ experience and proven participation in ≥2 completed buildings each >1,500 m².
--Provide a heritage-protection specialist who holds current certification / registration with the National Heritage Board of Estonia.
--Appoint at least one Level-7 certified HVAC engineer for mechanical supervision duties.

--Accept without reservation all obligations, duties and order-of-precedence clauses set out in the draft contract (Lisa 2).
--Confirm readiness to perform all supervision tasks referenced in the main renovation procurement (ref. 300537) with no additional fees for implied duties.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS3
--Deliver owner’s supervision covering: general construction, heritage protection, HVAC, electrical & water works, and warranty-period oversight (five separate cost lines).
--Ensure continuous on-site presence coordinated with the project schedule; completion deadline 18 Oct 2026.
--Follow the technical specification (Lisa 1) for energy-efficiency renovation of the historic bank building at Lai 20, Rakvere.
FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS3
