Housing Executive søger at udpege en udvikler til at realisere sin vision om et boligfokuseret regenereringsprojekt på en to-akres grund ved Hope Street, Belfast. Denne mulighed vedrører derfor salg og udvikling af denne grund i overensstemmelse med Housing Executives krav, som anført i udbudsdokumentationen.
