Original udbudsbeskrivelse

Dette udbud gælder for pleje- og støttetjenester på de seks støttede boliger for voksne med psykiske vanskeligheder. De seks steder er dedikeret til at betjene sårbare voksne med varierende grader af psykisk sygdom, som kan: være i modtagelse af klinisk behandling, tidligere have været tilbageholdt under Mental Health Act 1983, bruge stoffer og/eller alkohol, have en 'dobbelt diagnose', have været eller være involveret i strafferetssystemet. Disse voksne kan benytte sekundære mental sundhedstjenester koordineret af Brent Mental Health Service-personale og vil være blevet vurderet som egnede til at flytte ind i støttet bolig. Alle seks steder huser i øjeblikket 33 eksisterende brugere. Del 1 - Støttet boligservice for mental sundhed på Braemar Avenue, Craven Park Road og St Gabriels Road. Del 2 - Støttet boligservice for mental sundhed på Braemar Avenue, Craven Park Road og St Gabriels Road. Den samlede kontraktværdi for alle tjenester for den indledende kontraktperiode på fem år og to års forlængelse (7 år) anslås til at være £3.701.257 for Del 1 og £3.865.536 for Del 2. Udbudsprocessen vil følge den fleksible konkurrenceprocedure i overensstemmelse med loven. De tjenester, som udbuddet vedrører, falder ind under "Light Touch Contracts" i Bilag 1 til Udbudsbekendtgørelsen 2024 (bekendtgørelsen). Efter evaluering af svarene på PSQ indsendt som svar på udbudsmeddelelsen, forudsat at der er seks egnede budgivere baseret på evalueringen af PSQ, har Rådet til hensigt at invitere de seks højest scorende budgivere til at afgive tilbud via udstedelse af ITT.
