•En kerneforvaltet service, styring af alle IT-systemer i henhold til en aftalt SLA •En Service Desk, tilgængelig 51 uger om året, inklusive adgang uden for normal arbejdstid og nødsupport •Lokal bemanding, som leverandører anser for nødvendig for at levere servicen og opfylde SLA-kravene •Strategisk rådgivning og retning til kollegiets ledere vedrørende IT-politik, procedurer og bedste praksis •Ansvar for design, specifikation, installation og styring af al IT-infrastruktur •Levering af varer og tjenester baseret på en aftalt Best Value-tilgang •Styring af tredjeparter, hvor det er relevant for IT-support •Relevant overvågning, styring, patching •Regelmæssig performance-rapportering •Adgang til digitale træningsmaterialer af højeste kvalitet til at understøtte intern levering •Rådgivning om effekten af politikopdateringer på IT-løsningen og supporten •Der forventes, at udbyderen vil støtte og/eller drive innovation, især inden for AI og miljømæssig bæredygtighed. •Vedligeholdelse af teknisk dokumentation •Vedligeholdelse af operationel dokumentation, f.eks. lagerstyring og risikoregister •Kollektive partnerskabsmål, der er afstemt med kollegiets mål •Support i kollegiet til integration og opgradering af IT-løsningen. •Leverandører kan blive pålagt at levere en række teknologi- og forandringsledelsesprojekter ud over at levere den kerneforvaltede service.
