London Borough of Hackney søger at udpege en hovedentreprenør i henhold til en Design and Build-kontrakt (JCT Design and Build 2024 som ændret) til at udføre opførelsen og leveringen af nye boliger og tilhørende forbedringer af det offentlige rum på parkeringsplads- og garageområdet Selman og Wellday, Cassland Road, London, E9 5AL (herefter benævnt „Selman og Wellday“).
