London Borough of Lambeth har til hensigt at etablere et dynamisk indkøbssystem (DPS) for at indkøbe ydelser til planlagte vedligeholdelsesprojekter for boliger inden for Lambeth Borough. Rådets afdeling for beboerservice er i gang med at udvikle en Total Asset Solution, i erkendelse af Rådets behov for at forny sin tilgang til forvaltning af sine aktiver og levering af planlagte programmer, der involverer større og mindre arbejder, for bedre at opfylde sine juridiske og lovmæssige forpligtelser. For effektivt at understøtte denne nye tilgang udvikles en mere koordineret og fleksibel proces for indkøb af projekter gennem implementering af dette DPS. Formålet med DPS er at etablere en pulje af forhåndsgodkendte entreprenører inden for forskellige kategorier og underkategorier af større og mindre arbejder og ydelser, herunder, men ikke begrænset til, ydelser og forsyninger relateret til bygningsrenovering og vedligeholdelse. DPS giver også en platform til at levere i overensstemmelse med Rådets sociale, økonomiske og miljømæssige prioriteter og ansvar og støtte Rådet i at reducere forekomsten af boligforfald. Projekter vil blive specificeret i overensstemmelse med Rådets nøgleprioriteter: • Bæredygtighed • Overholdelse • Lovpligtige standarder for egnethed • Anstændige boliger. DPS etableres i fuld overensstemmelse med kravene i forordning 34 i Public Contract Regulations 2015 (som ændret).
