Denne meddelelse inviterer leverandører til at deltage i et udbud fra Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) for at etablere Rammeaftalen for Event Management & Levering 1 (EMF1), som vil understøtte leveringen af statslige eventkrav. Dette udbud gennemføres i overensstemmelse med Procurement Act 2023 under "Light Touch"-regimet, hvilket muliggør en proportionel og fleksibel udbudstilgang. EMF1 er beregnet til at give en fleksibel og tilgængelig markedsrute for agenturdrevne eventydelser, der afspejler UK's eventsektors driftsmodeller. Rammeaftalen vil være tilgængelig for centrale statslige afdelinger og arm's-length-organer til at indkøbe eventydelser på en konsekvent og struktureret måde. Det forventes, at call-offs primært vil blive gennemført via mini-konkurrencer, med mulighed for direkte tildeling, hvor det er tilladt. Lot 2 – Mellemstore til store indendørs arrangementer: planlægning, design og levering af strukturerede indendørs arrangementer. Lot 3 – Regeringens tilstedeværelse ved tredjepartsarrangementer: planlægning og levering af regeringens deltagelse inden for eksternt leverede arrangementer. Lot 4 – Små arrangementer: levering af små og/eller kortvarige arrangementer. Lot 5 – Event Assurance Services: Levering af specialiserede ydelser med fokus på planlægning af crowd management, crowd safety og operationel crowd security. Tilbudsgivere kan indsende bud på maksimalt to (2) lot. Bud på Lot 5 må ikke indsendes i kombination med Lot 1 eller Lot 2. DCMS inviterer alle interesserede leverandører til at deltage i denne mulighed.
