Buckinghamshire Council (Rådet) og Buckinghamshire Clinical Commissioning Group søger at etablere en Dynamisk Indkøbsordning („DPV”) for levering af støttede leveydelser i Buckinghamshire (ydelserne). Rådet gennemfører udbuddet via „Light Touch Regime”, som fastsat i Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015). DPV vil primært blive brugt til spotkøb og vil gøre det muligt for Rådet at facilitere større valg og fleksibilitet for støttede leveydelser, samt drive kvalitetsforbedringer på markedet. Rådet vil forvente, at potentielle Leverandører anvender innovation og effektivitet i serviceleveringen for at sikre forbedrede resultater for den enkelte, samt øget partnersamarbejde for at levere en integreret service, der fungerer på tværs af sundhed, socialpleje, frivillige og andre instanser i Buckinghamshire. Leverandører bør bemærke, at DPV ikke vil være en eksklusiv aftale, og Rådet kan under visse omstændigheder tildele kontrakter til andre leverandører på ethvert alternativt grundlag. DPV vil operere i en periode på fem år, startende omkring den 8. juni 2021. Rådet vil have mulighed for efter eget skøn at forlænge DPV's driftsperiode med yderligere en eller flere perioder på op til to år. Leverandører, der ønsker at blive udpeget til DPV, skal udfylde et Udvalgsspørgeskema („SQ”). Alle Leverandører, der opfylder udvælgelseskravene i SQ, som vurderet af Rådet, vil blive udpeget til DPV for de lotter, de har ansøgt om.
