Original udbudsbeskrivelse

Myndigheden søger at udpege fire Leverandører (Entreprenører) til at indgå en Rammeaftale (Aftale) for levering af Bygnings-, Mekaniske og Elektriske Mindre og Større Arbejdsydelser på tværs af PSNI-ejendommen. Det forventes, at Leverandørerne (Entreprenørerne) vil blive udpeget under Kontrakter via enten en NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract eller en NEC4 Engineering and Construction Short Contract. Aftalen vil blive opdelt i fire Lots. Aftalen vil omfatte levering af nye og renoveringsmæssige byggeprojekter og kan omfatte levering af bygnings-, mekaniske og elektriske arbejder samt alle tilhørende specialiserede underleverancer. Aftalen vil fungere i to distinkte dele. Del A – Mindre Arbejder En enkelt Leverandør vil blive udpeget til at levere arbejder og ydelser udelukkende til hvert Lot-område. Under særlige omstændigheder (besluttet af Myndigheden) kan Leverandøren fra et hvilket som helst Lot-område blive bedt om at levere ydelsen inden for det andet Lot-område. Del B – Større Arbejder Større Arbejder (Over £500.000 og op til £4,8 mio.) PSNI Ejendomsdækkende (Arbejder der skal bestilles via en NEC4 ECC). De succesfulde Leverandører for Lots 1 til 4 vil blive brugt til at etablere en Aftale for levering af Større Arbejder (Over £500.000 og op til £4,8 mio.) på tværs af PSNI-ejendommen. Bestillinger af Større Arbejder vil blive tildelt via mini-konkurrencer, tildelt på grundlag af laveste pris, mellem de Leverandører, der er udpeget til Lots 1 til 4.
