The Crown Estate vil snart påbegynde en konkurrencepræget, fleksibel udbudsproces for levering af designydelser til Linen Hall Cluster, beliggende i Londons West End. Omfanget af denne levering vil omfatte ydelser som arkitekt, ledende designer & koordinator, bygningsreglementernes ledende designer, CDM ledende designer & BIM koordinator. Linen Hall Cluster består af følgende bygninger: 1. The Linen Hall, Regent Street 156-170 (lige numre), Beak Street 1-13 (ulige numre) og Kingly Street 62-70 (lige numre), London ('Linen Hall') 2. Regent Street 172-182, Regent Street 184-186 og Kingly Street 60-61, London ('60 Kingly Street') 3. Warwick Street 25-34 (alle) og Regent Street 132-150, London ('30 Warwick Street') Udbudsprocessen vil blive gennemført i to konkurrenceprægede faser. Deltagelse vil være betinget af, at leverandørerne opfylder budbetingelserne. Disse deltagelsesbetingelser fastsætter de juridiske, finansielle og tekniske tærskler, der er nødvendige for at levere kontrakten. BIM koordinator (RIBA 0-7) Klienten anerkender, at visse ydelser kan være underlagt underentrepriseaftaler og/eller levering af tilknyttede personer, hvilket er tilladt.
