Dette udbud gennemføres af First Rail Holdings på vegne af First Trenitalia West Coast Rail. For at drive og levere højere lejeindtægtsafkast gennem: stigende lejeindtægter forbedringer af kundeservice gennem kapital- og lejerinvesteringer Ejendommen omfatter 16 direkte administrerede stationer og omfatter al ejendom inden for lejemålene. Dette inkluderer stationsbygninger, parkeringspladser og anden jord og ejendom. Ejendommene tilbyder en bred vifte af detail-, kontor-, bolig-, fælles- og andre kommercielle lejemål, der holdes på en blanding af lejemål og licenser. Styring af stationsparkering og kommerciel annoncering er ikke inkluderet som en del af denne udbudsstrategi.
