Palladian Academy Trust er en stærk Trust af 13 skoler baseret i Bath og Wiltshire, der tilbyder uddannelse fra 4-19 år. Vi er stolte af, at vores skoler betjener forskellige samfund, nogle er kirkeskoler, nogle er ikke-konfessionelle, men sammen ved vi, at vi er bedre placeret til at sikre, at vores elever får den bedste uddannelsesmæssige oplevelse. Denne udbudsrunde inkluderer (men er ikke begrænset til) de nedenstående punkter. • En kerne-administreret service, styring af al ICT i henhold til en aftalt SLA • En Service Desk, tilgængelig 52 uger om året inklusive adgang uden for normal arbejdstid • Lokalt personale, som leverandører anser for nødvendigt for at levere servicen og opfylde SLA-kravene - 42 uger på stedet i folkeskoler og 50 uger for hovedkontoret og gymnasiet • Strategisk rådgivning og vejledning til Trust vedrørende ICT • Ansvar for design, specifikation, installation og styring af al ICT-infrastruktur • Levering af varer og tjenester baseret på en aftalt Best Value-tilgang • Styring af tredjeparter, hvor det er relevant for ICT-support • Relevant overvågning, styring, patching • Regelmæssig performance-rapportering • Efteruddannelse og træning - digitale færdigheder og læseplan efter behov • Der forventes, at udbyderen vil støtte og/eller drive innovation • Vedligeholde teknisk dokumentation • Vedligeholde operationel dokumentation, f.eks. lagerstyring og risikoregister • Kollektive partnerskabsmål på linje med Trust's mål • Support i skolen til integration og opgradering af konnektivitet, kommunikation og sikkerhedsinfrastruktur efter behov • Leverandører kan blive bedt om at levere en række teknologi- og forandringsledelsesprojekter ud over at levere kerneservicen.
