Den britiske ambassade (San Jose) vil blive placeret i en lejet enhed i La Sabana. Området vil være ledigt under hele byggeriet, og ambassaden vil fortsætte deres drift fra en separat lokation. Entreprenøren og eventuelle underentreprenører skal kunne arbejde efter relevante britiske standarder. Byggeriet skal udføres efter britiske standarder.
