Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama (RWCMD) søger en byggefirma partner til at udføre renoveringsarbejde i Raymond Edwards-bygningen, herunder omkonfigurering af kontorlokaler på 2. sal for at skabe et stort klasseværelse og to agile arbejdsrum, samt renovering af toiletblokken på 1. sal. Arbejdet på 2. sal omfatter nedrivning af eksisterende indvendige vægge, tilmuring af overflødige døråbninger, installation af nyt loftsgitter og belysning, kabelbakker med strøm og data, udskiftning af gulvbelægning, dekoration, installation af aircondition i rummet samt levering og installation af tekøkken og møbler.
