Formålet med udbuddet er at udføre byggearbejder på en spa-bygning i landsbyen Orjaku, Hiiumaa. Den planlagte bygning er et spa-kompleks, der skal opføres ved siden af den eksisterende overnatningsbygning, inklusive et underjordisk badeområde, et dampbad og et teknisk rum med en udendørs terrasse og et afslapningsområde. Bygningen vil overvejende være en underjordisk betonkonstruktion og forbundet med den eksisterende bygning. Spa-komplekset er designet til op til 6 brugere.
