Originalni opis tendera

Odeljenje za obrazovanje Gradske uprave Parnua organizuje zajedničku proceduru javne nabavke za uslugu keteringa za škole u Parnuu. Predmet nabavke je obezbeđivanje pravilnog keteringa za učenike i osoblje Škole Pärnu Tammsaare, Osnovne škole Pärnu Kuninga Tänava, Gimnazije Pärnu Ühisgümnaasium, Škole Pärnu Raeküla, Osnovne škole Pärnu Rääma i Škole Paikuse, nudeći učenicima hranljivu, uravnoteženu, raznovrsnu, ukusnu, uzrasno primerenu i, po potrebi, hranu koja uzima u obzir posebne potrebe (alergije) po razumnoj ceni. Ponudilac je dužan da se upozna sa mestom izvršenja ugovora o javnoj nabavci, a predstavnik ponudioca je dužan da potpiše odgovarajući akt na licu mesta (član 111 stav 6 tačka 1 Zakona o javnim nabavkama). Da bi registrovao upoznavanje sa mestom izvršenja ugovora o javnoj nabavci, ponudilac šalje slobodnom formom izjavu o želji za učešćem sa kontakt podacima (ime, adresa e-pošte, broj telefona) na e-mail osobu odgovornu za javnu nabavku.
