London Borough of Lambeth namerava da uspostavi Dinamički sistem nabavke (DPS) za nabavku usluga za planirane projekte održavanja stambenih objekata u okviru Lambeth Borough-a. Direktorat za usluge stanovnicima Saveta je u procesu razvoja Rešenja za ukupna sredstva, prepoznajući potrebu Saveta da osveži svoj pristup upravljanju svojim sredstvima i isporuci planiranih programa koji uključuju velike i male radove, kako bi bolje ispunio svoje zakonske i statutne obaveze. Da bi se efikasno podržao ovaj novi pristup, kroz implementaciju ovog DPS-a razvija se koordiniraniji i fleksibilniji proces nabavke projekata. Svrha DPS-a je da se uspostavi panel unapred odobrenih izvođača radova u različitim kategorijama i podkategorijama velikih i malih radova i usluga, uključujući, ali ne ograničavajući se na, usluge i snabdevanje u vezi sa renoviranjem i održavanjem zgrada. DPS takođe pruža platformu za ostvarivanje društvenih, ekonomskih i ekoloških prioriteta i odgovornosti Saveta i podršku Savetu u smanjenju slučajeva propadanja stambenih objekata. Projekti će biti precizirani u skladu sa ključnim prioritetima Saveta: • Održivost • Usklađenost • Zakonski standardi podobnosti • Pristojni domovi. DPS se uspostavlja u punoj saglasnosti sa zahtevima Uredbe 34 Pravilnika o javnim nabavkama iz 2015. godine (sa izmenama i dopunama).
