Originalni opis tendera

Gradsko veće Kingston upon Hull (Naručilac) traži dobavljače za snabdevanje i pružanje usluga učenja i obuke Naručiocu. Drugi ugovorni organi (kako su definisani u Uredbi o javnim nabavkama iz 2015. godine), u regionima Istočnog Jorkšira, Severnog Linkolnšira i Severnog Jorkšira, mogu pristupiti ovom DPS-u. Naručilac namerava da uspostavi dinamički sistem nabavke (DPS) koji će se administrirati putem YORtender (Mercell) portala za pružanje usluga učenja i obuke. Trajanje ugovora biće određeno individualnim potrebama korisnika usluge. Dobavljači mogu podneti zahtev za pridruživanje DPS-u u bilo kom trenutku njegovog trajanja. Očekujemo pokretanje DPS-a krajem maja 2022. godine. Sporazum o DPS-u za usluge učenja i obuke pružiće Naručiocu mogućnost da nabavi niz usluga u okviru učenja i obuke.
