Originalni opis tendera

Svrha ove nabavke je da se odabere i implementira moderan, siguran, potpuno dvojezični (velški i engleski) sistem za informacije o ljudskim resursima (HRIS) koji će zameniti trenutnu HR platformu Social Care Wales (Ciphr). Novi sistem mora poboljšati i pojednostaviti HR procese, podržati efikasno upravljanje radnom snagom, osigurati zakonsku usklađenost sa standardima velškog jezika i pružiti bolje korisničko iskustvo zaposlenima, menadžerima i HR timovima. Cilj je pružiti rešenje koje omogućava glatku, dobro upravljanu implementaciju spremnu za rad od prvog dana, 1. septembra 2026. godine.
