Originalni opis tendera

DWP Estates započinje realizaciju Strategije i Vizije Estates 2030, koja će obuhvatiti novi Program optimizacije strateškog cevovoda Estates 2030 (SPOP). Program optimizacije strateškog cevovoda Estates 2030 je strateški program transformacije koji vodi DWP Estates, a koji će podržati niz budućih ponovnih nabavki i osigurati usklađenost sa dizajnom i razvojem novog i evoluirajućeg Ciljnog Operativnog Modela, uključujući pregled interne organizacije DWP Estates i načina rada. Ovaj program će sprovesti sveobuhvatan pregled značajnog i složenog strateškog cevovoda nekretnina kako bi se osiguralo da je lanac snabdevanja najbolje organizovan i strateški pozicioniran da podrži isporuku strategije DWP Estates 2030.
