The Crown Estate će uskoro započeti konkurentan, fleksibilan proces nabavke za pružanje projektantskih usluga za Linen Hall Cluster, koji se nalazi u londonskom West Endu. Obim ove nabavke obuhvataće usluge arhitekture, glavnog projektanta i koordinatora, glavnog projektanta za građevinske propise, glavnog projektanta CDM-a i BIM koordinatora. Linen Hall Cluster se sastoji od sledećih zgrada: 1. The Linen Hall, Regent Street 156-170 (parni brojevi), Beak Street 1-13 (neparni brojevi) i Kingly Street 62-70 (parni brojevi), London ('Linen Hall') 2. Regent Street 172-182, Regent Street 184-186 i Kingly Street 60-61, London ('60 Kingly Street') 3. Glavnog projektanta i koordinatora (RIBA 0-7) 3. Glavnog projektanta za građevinske propise (0-6) 4. Glavnog projektanta CDM-a (RIBA 0-6) 5. BIM koordinatora (RIBA 0-7) Klijent priznaje da neke usluge mogu biti podložne ugovorima o podugovaranju i/ili pružanju od strane povezanih lica, što je dozvoljeno.
