Transport UK (Operations) Limited („Transport UK“) (ranije poznat kao Abellio Transport Holdings Limited) je posvećen pružanju sigurnijih, pouzdanijih i lakših železničkih putovanja. Kao vodeća grupa za operacije u transportu, Transport UK se fokusira na transformaciju industrije i rad sa partnerima na pružanju praktičnijih i boljih usluga kako bi olakšao život ljudima. Klase 360 su 4-vagonske EMU, proizvedene od strane Siemensa u seriji Desiro Classic. Opremljene su Dellner 12 spojnicama na visini od 925 mm iznad nivoa šina. Kočenje je dostupno preko električne glave putem PWM signala ili 3-stepenog kočenja sa pojačanim kočenjem u nuždi. Od dobavljača se traži da EMR-u dostave predlog za kretanje jedinica klase 360 između Kettering Depot Sidings i Northampton Kings Heath Depot.
