Originalni opis tendera

Gradsko veće Doncastera (Veće) uspostaviće Fleksibilni sistem nabavke (FPS) u okviru režima „Light Touch“ za registrovane organizacije radi pružanja polu-nezavisnog smeštaja i podrške mladima starosti 16+ godina. Ovaj proces će se koristiti za uspostavljanje liste procenjenih i odobrenih Pružalaca usluga za pružanje polu-nezavisnog smeštaja i podrške mladima starosti 16+, kada god je to potrebno. Veće će od jula 2023. godine dodeljivati pakete putem FPS-a kao svoj jedini ugovorni pristup. FPS će se sastojati od 4 lota: Lot 1 – Jednokrevetni smeštaj Lot 2 – Podrženi zakup Zajednički smeštaj/grupni život (rezervisano za decu pod starateljstvom i mlade koji napuštaju sistem starateljstva) Lot 3 – Zajednički smeštaj/grupni život. Lot 4 – Smeštaj baziran na porodici/podržano stanovanje. Pružaoci usluga mogu se prijaviti za jedan ili sve lotove.
