Originalni opis tendera

Cilj istraživanja stanja zaliha je razmatranje budućnosti stambenog fonda kako bi se identifikovali najbolji načini za ispunjavanje i održavanje svojstava na, u najmanju ruku, standardu "Pristojni domovi" (Decent Homes) najmanje narednih 30 godina. Geodet (u daljem tekstu: Konsultant) će izvršiti istraživanje, koje će se zasnivati na spoljnom i unutrašnjem uzorku, uključujući utvrđivanje da li svojstva ispunjavaju standard "Pristojni domovi", a to je: • ispunjavaju minimalne bezbednosne standarde za stanovanje prema Sistematskom rejtingu zdravlja i bezbednosti stanovanja (HHSRS) • su u razumnom stanju popravke • imaju razumno moderne sadržaje i usluge • imaju efikasno grejanje i efikasnu izolaciju Takođe je potrebna uzorkovana anketa o drugim sredstvima, kao što su druga zemljišta ili imovinska sredstva. Strukturalna istraživanja takođe mogu biti potrebna na netradicionalnim nekretninama.
