Originalni opis tendera

Homes England nastoji da uspostavi Dinamički sistem nabavke (DPS) kako bi zamenio Panel partnerskih isporuka (DPP3) za graditelje kuća, izvođače i stambene developere da sarađuju sa Homes England i drugim ugovornim organima koji bi mogli želeti da razvijaju domove na zemljištu koje poseduju. DPS je usklađen sa misijom i ciljevima Homes England-a kako je navedeno u našem Strateškom planu. Namera je da DPS traje 10 godina i da bude podeljen u kategorije za isporuku malih (do 70 domova uključujući) i velikih (preko 70 domova) razvojnih lokacija. Naš DPS (obe kategorije) pokrivaće sve oblasti u Engleskoj, ali će se od dobavljača tražiti da u fazi upitnika za selekciju odaberu koje oblasti zemlje ih interesuju za primanje obaveštenja o mogućnostima.
