Originalni opis tendera

Platform Housing nastoji da nabavi odgovarajuće kvalifikovane i iskusne izvođače za izvođenje radova na investicijama i renoviranju domova širom svog stambenog fonda. Obim radova u okviru ove nabavke uključuje, ali nije ograničen na: • Zamena komponenti (npr. kuhinje, kupatila, prozori, vrata, krovovi) • Radovi na renoviranju i energetskoj efikasnosti • Ciklične dekoracije • Veliki planirani investicioni radovi • Veliki projekti, npr. Radovi na visokim zgradama. Radovi će biti izvođeni na definisanim geografskim lokacijama kao deo Platform Housing-ovog Programa strateškog upravljanja imovinom. Ugovori dodeljeni u okviru ovog lota funkcionisaće po modelu ciljne cene, prema kojem će izvođačima biti nadoknađeni stvarni troškovi izvođenja radova, zajedno sa dogovorenom dobiti i povezanim troškovima. Dalji detalji o komercijalnoj strukturi biće navedeni u tenderskoj dokumentaciji. Ugovorni organ namerava da uspostavi dugoročne partnerske aranžmane (do 14 godina) sa izvođačima kako bi podržao isporuku visokokvalitetnih, kupcima orijentisanih investicionih radova, usklađenih sa ciljevima upravljanja imovinom, regulatornim zahtevima i principima vrednosti za novac.
