Originalni opis tendera

Ovo obaveštenje o ugovoru se odnosi na uspostavljeni nacionalni fleksibilni dinamički sistem nabavke (DPS) za pružanje usluga zapošljivosti (0222). Ovo obaveštenje treba da se koristi za nove kandidate koji se pridružuju uspostavljenom DPS-u i biće kontinuirano otvoren tokom celog životnog veka DPS-a. Ovaj DPS odražava principe utvrđene u Uredbi 76 Škotskih propisa o javnim nabavkama iz 2015. godine u svrhu dodeljivanja ugovora za socijalne i druge specifične usluge, i primenjuje procedure utvrđene u Uredbi 35 (Dinamički sistemi nabavke) sa varijacijama. Usluge koje treba pružiti uključuju one povezane sa strategijom „Niko ne ostaje iza“ (NOLB). NOLB je program transformacije čiji je cilj promeniti sistem zapošljivosti u Škotskoj kako bi bio prilagodljiviji, responzivniji i usmereniji na osobu.
