*** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION*** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) RM3821 Data and Application Solutions Lot1A Contract is awarded with options to extend a further two years (1 year + 1 year). Lowest value given is for initial 5 years. Highest value given is for full 7 years. UK Shared Business Services is requiring a replacement for the ORACLE based system in order to continue to offer a high-level of service in regards to HR, Accounting, Reporting and Procurement services to our Customers. The Services for HR, Accounting, Reporting and Procurement (SHARP) programme is born out of a need to replace an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution where existing licence arrangements expire in December 2023. Existing ERP platforms deliver critical Payroll, HR, Finance and Procurement services, which organisations require in order to function. The existing on-premise Oracle ERP platform is administered by UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS), for UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) and for UK SBS itself.
