New build two storey KS2 block with 8nr classbases, including ancillary spaces such as SEND, Studio, Food/Science/DT and offices; a 2nr reception classbase extension, an extension to the library into the courtyard, an extension to the existing hall; extensive remodelling and refurbishment to the existing school block and associated external works.Section 1: Construction of a new two storey stand-alone Teaching Block and the Reception Classroom extension (2nr) and associated external works (excluding the car park).Section 2: Construction of the separate Dining Store and Library extensions to the existing school block and the refurbishment of the existing school block and associated external works + the formation of the car park.Planned date of commencement: 28th October 2021 (section 1), 1st July 2022 (section 2)Anticipated construction period: 45 weeks and 1 day Completion date: 9th September 2022
