Leicestershire County Council is seeking to identify and appoint suitably qualified and experienced suppliers who can provide and deliver Traffic Signs & Associated Products, as follows: Lot 1: Permanent Traffic Signs - Permanent traffic signs suitable for mounting with 2 channels onto posts and other street furniture - Sign plates to be aluminium with LDPE core - RA2 reflective and non-reflective -Warning, information, supplementary, regulatory, direction, etc - All as described within Document 03 / NEC4 Contract Data and Document 5 / Price List for Lot 1 Lot 2: Temporary Traffic Signs - Temporary traffic signs and associated metal frames are required to support maintenance/improvement works being carried out - RA2 reflective and non-reflective - Warning, information, supplementary, regulatory, direction, etc. - Signs - manufactured using electro zinc coated sheet (Zintec or equivalent) - Frames – steel with clips, rivets, or toggle fittings to fix signs - All as described within Document 03 / NEC4 Contract Data and Document 5 / Price List for Lot 2 Lot 3: Corrugated Polypropylene (CP) Traffic Signs and Sheets - Corrugated Polypropylene (CP) traffic signs - RA2 reflective and non-reflective - Warning, information, supplementary, regulatory, direction, etc. - All as described within Document 03 / NEC4 Contract Data and Document 5 / Price List for Lot 3 Lot 4: Road Cones, Cone Signs and Temporary Safety Barriers - 500mm, 750mm, and 1000mm high 2-piece cones with large base and reflective covers - 750mm high 2-piece Overhead Electric Cable blue cones with large base and reflective covers - 500mm high industry standard 2-piece triangular No Waiting yellow cones - Cone signs to be either RA2 reflective or non-reflective - In accordance with Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016 - Temporary safety barrier connectable self-supporting sections - All as described within Document 03 / NEC4 Contract Data and Document 5 / Price List for Lot 4 Lot 5: Miscellaneous Sign Materials - Removable 120g/sqm gloss vinyl suitable for use with sign plotters (any colour) - Permanent 120g/sqm gloss vinyl suitable for use with sign plotters - Permanent RA2 gloss vinyl suitable for use with sign plotters - Reflective film suitable for use with sign plotters - Corrugated Polypropylene (CP) sheets required for in-house manufacturing of signs - In accordance with Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016 - All as described within Document 03 / NEC4 Contract Data and Document 5 / Price List for Lot 5
