Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės kanceliarija (toliau – Perkančioji organizacija) siekia įsigyti viešinimo paslaugas, skirtas informuoti Lietuvos visuomenę apie Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės veiklą ir priimamus sprendimus. Šios paslaugos apims viešinimo kampanijų planavimą, kūrimą ir vykdymą įvairiose žiniasklaidos priemonėse, įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant, televiziją, radiją, spaudą ir interneto portalus. Pagrindinis tikslas – užtikrinti skaidrų ir efektyvų informacijos perdavimą apie Vyriausybės prioritetus, įgyvendinamas reformas, pasiektus rezultatus ir ateities planus. Paslaugų teikėjas turės parengti komunikacijos strategiją, atsižvelgiant į tikslines auditorijas ir informacijos pobūdį, bei pasiūlyti tinkamiausius kanalus ir formatus žinutėms skleisti. Be to, paslaugų teikėjas bus atsakingas už viešinimo kampanijų efektyvumo stebėseną ir vertinimą, teikiant reguliarias ataskaitas apie pasiektus rezultatus ir rekomendacijas dėl tolesnių veiksmų. Tikimasi, kad paslaugų teikėjas turės patirties dirbant su valstybinėmis institucijomis ir gebės užtikrinti aukštą paslaugų kokybę bei atitikimą viešųjų pirkimų reikalavimams. Šis pirkimas bus vykdomas atviro konkurso būdu, vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos viešųjų pirkimų įstatymu. The Chancellery of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – the Contracting Authority) seeks to procure public information services aimed at informing the Lithuanian public about the activities and decisions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. These services will include the planning, creation, and execution of public information campaigns across various media channels, including, but not limited to, television, radio, print, and online portals. The primary objective is to ensure transparent and effective dissemination of information regarding the Government's priorities, implemented reforms, achieved results, and future plans. The service provider will be required to develop a communication strategy, taking into account target audiences and the nature of the information, and propose the most suitable channels and formats for message dissemination. Furthermore, the service provider will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of public information campaigns, providing regular reports on achieved results and recommendations for further actions. It is expected that the service provider will have experience working with state institutions and will be able to ensure high quality of services and compliance with public procurement requirements. This procurement will be conducted through an open tender procedure, in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Lithuania.
